Who We Are

Beth Haubert is the founder and creative force behind House Rules Studio. She holds a B.S. in Interior Design from UNL’s College of Architecture and brings over a decade of combined experience in design and tech — blending creative vision with systems-level thinking.

As a mom of two, Beth understands that real homes are lived in — often loudly — and that design has to serve both function and feeling. Her approach is grounded in understanding how people actually live, and she specializes in blending old and new to create modern, character-filled interiors that feel effortless, intentional — and sometimes a little cheeky.

House Rules Studio is built on the belief that every home should follow its own rules — not someone else’s. Beth’s job is to help you figure out what those are, then design a space that lives up to them beautifully.
